Forescolour, consisting of milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact board and base frame, with adjustable machine feet. Milling bed made from 19mm MDF as sacrificial board. Table openings pre-configured lengthwise and crosswise. Mechanical set consisting of linear profile guides incl. carriages, ball screw and precision rack and pinion. All elements pre-assembled, pre-lubricated incl. test run, immediately ready for use. Control set including control cables, energy chains, planetary gearboxes, stepper motors, high-performance drivers, power supply unit and toroidal transformer, completely pre-assembled in the control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis.

Switching relays for automatic activation of existing extraction system.
Brush seals for dust protection and safety devices according to CE standards via accompanying extraction system and side-mounted laser scanner for work area monitoring, with 275° and 5.5m coverage (machine positioned in a corner of the room).

Vacuum pump from Becker with a capacity of 100 m³/h, oil-lubricated. For the electrical connection of the vacuum pump, a 16-ampere, 400 V AC plug is required. The customer is to provide HDF 3mm both sides raw for the entire vacuum table (2500x1300mm) as sacrificial board. (Recommended use: processing of coated wood-based materials)

Grease gun 150 ml, one cartridge of high-performance grease 400 g, spray can of silicone spray grease 500 ml, one grease nipple incl. hose section, and 30mm face mill with indexable inserts.

Pneumatic unit: consists of four cylinders, throttle check valve, push-in fittings, elbow push-in fittings, muffler connectors, filter regulator, push-in distributor, PE hose and brackets, for use in a pre-configured table opening (for face-side processing). If pneumatics are required for both table openings, the position must be calculated twice. (NOTE: Compressor must be provided by the customer)
