Conveyor operation:
Continuous, speed adjustable up to 5 m/min,
aligned by centering on roller guides with photoelectric safety sensors at both infeed and outfeed. Loading and unloading are performed manually.
Intended Use
The curing oven is a conveyor system for continuous operation at a maximum conveying speed of 5 m/min. Open areas at the infeed and outfeed enable manual loading and unloading of parts. Between these is the enclosed heating section with six height-adjustable IR modules. The component temperature is max. 100°C and is used to heat solvent-free adhesive between composite films. The return run of the belt, the backs of the IR modules, and the space above the heating modules are water-cooled. Parts are held on the conveyor by vacuum. The control cabinet is installed externally, separated from the machine and outside the cleanroom.
The system operates in a cleanroom according to EN ISO 14644 Class 8 and is loaded and unloaded by the operator. The unit is exclusively intended for heating film composites.
