ILAPAK DELTA 3000
The Delta 3000, right-hand version, stainless steel by ILAPAK is a modular horizontal flow wrapper, PC-controlled, equipped with four independent servomotors. It is designed for hermetic sealing of packages, enabling relatively high-speed packing in both modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and standard conditions.

The machine features a "no product – no package" function and a product misalignment detection system.

"Long dwell" sealing jaws with oval movement ensure hermetic seals on various film types.

Adjustable gas pressure and flow through a regulating and shut-off valve.

Sealing rollers with a pneumatic pressure adjustment system.

Adjustable forming box.

Width of sealing jaws: 345 mm

Air extraction system (pneumatic, single-piston tamper) with adjustable height and a solution for quick and easy sponge replacement.

"Small product trap" function – a system to close the gap at the sealing jaw area.

Quality control system, rejection of empty packs.

Zig-Zag knife.
