The Index R 200 is a high-precision multi-function turning and milling center. It features 2 turning spindles and 2 milling spindles. Both milling spindles are equipped for full 5-axis machining. The Z-axes are integrated into the turning spindle stocks. The X2 axis is in the counter spindle stock. Milling spindle 1 is equipped with x/y/b axes, milling spindle 2 is equipped with y/b axes. Each milling spindle is fitted with a fully functional B (swivel) axis offering 230°. The machine is equipped with a short bar loader IRCO and a parts catcher. The removable parts may have the following maximum specifications:
