We are offering a Jung Supromatic JF 520 surface grinding machine, year of manufacture 2016, in very good condition. The machine is fully functional and has run approx. 50 operating hours since its overhaul. All slides run very smoothly and evenly. The Jung also runs very quietly even at high speeds. This newer generation of surface grinders is highly user-friendly and enables the production of surfaces with a low Rz value. Take the opportunity to inspect this machine under power on site and judge its condition for yourself.

Scope of mechanical restoration:
- General mechanical overhaul

- Cross and vertical adjustment

Scope of geometric restoration:
- Guideway grinding at the OEM (optional)
- Hand scraping of guideways
- Pulling, measuring, possible scraping/grinding of column, re-fitting with pressure blocks, checking and reconditioning guideways
- Adjusting cross-grinding on the spindle head
- Aligning the wheel dresser
- Regrinding the table and the magnetic chuck
- Machine acceptance per the manufacturer's inspection sheet

Scope of electrical restoration:
- Replacement of complete electrical system, all limit switches and buttons
- Conversion of X-axis from cam switch to non-contact limit switches
- New control cabinet
- RSF position display (2- or 3-axis readout)
- Magnetic holding force control for 24V or EP magnetic chuck

- Thyristor controller for grinding spindle drive
