Edge sanding machine with integrated, dual conveyor feed system for solid parts, veneered edges, and curves, with oscillation of the complete sanding unit.

Manual or automatic processing of solid and veneered edges.

- On the veneer sanding side, along the two stop plates (the infeed fence with integrated extraction slots and fine adjustment according to removal scale) against the elastic sanding pad (oscillating for even utilization of the graphite overlay, including grit compensation adjustment and belt tension relief via two deflection rollers), with infeed fence extension, table size 1180 x 325 mm.

Manual processing of straight and curved solid wood parts.

- On the solid wood sanding side, against the continuous sanding belt rear wall with sliding surface, table 1180 x 325 mm including mitre gauge with scale.
- On the front side, quickly mountable semicircular table (with holes for dust extraction) against the rubber-coated drive roller Ø 90 mm, support radius 300 mm.
- On the drive roller, quickly mountable auxiliary cast iron table (with holes for dust extraction) 400 x 500 mm on oscillating spindle for using sanding drums Ø 25, 30, 40, and 45 x 100 mm for external and internal curves, with protective cover for spindle.

Design:
Heavy-duty machine stand with heavy cast tables, sanding unit motorized height adjustment up to 120 mm and tiltable up to 45° without any table adjustment (patented construction), belt drive motor 3 kW (4 HP), 400 V/50 Hz, with motor protection switch, separate motor for belt oscillation, programmable oscillation stroke from 10–90 mm, control cabinet integrated into the frame, constant belt tension with automatic length compensation, belt tracking adjustable, contact guard, dust extraction via two collection hoods, flexible hoses and a central inner pipe to the 150 mm diameter connection port, recess in machine stand for easy movement by hand truck or forklift, belt width 150–200 mm, belt length 2000 mm, working height 830 mm (solid wood table) or 900 mm (veneer sanding table), net weight 750 kg, footprint 1150 x 800 mm.

Feed system:
Integrated in the machine body, with two parallel transport belts on the bottom, spaced 250 mm apart, 50 mm wide, upper pressure rollers 20 mm wide, motor 0.55 kW (0.75 HP), continuously variable speed 3–15 m/min.
