The fully hydraulic production rapid bow saw machine features a universal hydraulic system for exclusive or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid materials, all without requiring a saw blade change, using a uniform tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. It includes a pre-tensioned bow guide, enclosed oil hydraulics, triple swivel bearing, separate coolant system, continuously adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, lift-off movement, and accelerated return stroke. Standard equipment includes a stepless miter adjustment system. Fast lifting of the saw bow is also available. The pendulum vise ensures full utilization of the saw blade. Longitudinal guideways with ground and hardened guide rails transfer the cutting forces to the saw bow. Automatic end-stop shutdown and push-button controls for On/Off and high-speed modes of the saw bow are included.
