The fully hydraulic production high-speed band saw machine features a universal hydraulic system for exclusively or alternately cutting thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid material, without the need to change saw blades, using a uniform tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. Preloaded bow guidance, enclosed oil hydraulics, triple swivel bearing, separate coolant system, infinitely adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, lift-off movement and accelerated return stroke, standard infinitely adjustable mitre device. Rapid stroke lifting of the saw bow. Swivelling vice ensures full utilization of the saw blade. Longitudinal guide with ground and hardened guide strips for transferring cutting force to the saw bow. Automatic end stop. Pushbutton control for ON/OFF and rapid traverse functions of the saw bow.
