KASTO Twin A2

Fully hydraulic production band saw automatic machine for continuous operation, suitable for cutting materials ranging from easy to difficult-to-machine solid stock, tubes, and profiles. Modern, precise linear guides ensure high stability and maximum service life.

A distinctive feature of this machine is the double bearing of the driven wheel. This design provides optimal bearing alignment, resulting in ideal support for the driven wheel.

The standard KASTO Basic Control system offers intuitive and efficient machine operation. Up to 98 jobs (length/quantity combinations) can be programmed. Upon reaching the preset quantity, the machine switches off automatically. The material feed unit precisely positions the material length using a ball screw.

A frequency-controlled drive with bevel gears, jamming protection, band saw breakage protection, and clamping force regulation are part of the standard equipment. These features ensure flawless operation for both single cuts and small to medium-sized production runs.

KASTO’s universal hydraulics ensure optimal cutting results and long band saw blade life.
