--> Measuring axes: Both axes are equipped with two precision linear guides in recirculating ball bearing systems with maximum load capacity. Each guideway uses two linear bearing blocks, preventing yaw and pitch movement of the measuring slides.

--> Optoelectronic measuring systems: Heidenhain LS, centrally positioned in both measuring axes for precise position determination at the center of the measuring slides.

--> Tool holders: Hardened tool spindle SK 50 with gauge-quality taper, mounted in precision roller bearings for maximum concentricity and repeatability.
Rotation of the tool spindle can be pneumatically clamped at the push of a button. The spindle can be indexed to 4 x 90° for stationary tools using pneumatic index pins.
