We offer a Keyence stripe light measurement device, model series VL 350, including PC, software, and calibration disc. The system can therefore be operated as a stand-alone unit.

• Non-contact measurement: Uses optical measuring without a mechanical probe—ideal for delicate or coated workpieces (no deformation from probe contact).

• High accuracy & repeatability: Measurement precision of ± 10 µm and repeatability of 2 µm make it suitable for a wide range of industrial quality control tasks.

• Flexible measuring range: Accommodates larger components (up to Ø 300 mm × H 200 mm) as well as small details (Ø 70 mm × H 50 mm) — with switchable low and high magnification.

• Versatile applications: The rotatable and tiltable stage enables measurement of varying geometries and complex workpieces.

This device is suitable for:

• Quality control and 3D inspection of parts during production — such as plastic or metal components
• Measurement and reverse engineering of complex geometries where non-contact measurement provides advantages
• Applications where high precision and repeatability are essential, such as form and position tolerance evaluation
• Digitizing components with STL export for subsequent 3D printing
