Product description:

• Fully automatic and compact bread roll production line
• Based on the rotary Mini Rex Futura divider-rounder manufactured in 2009
• 2-row operation
• Manual collection of finished products from the discharge conveyor
• Marking station with easily interchangeable tools; set includes: kaiser and Corinthian head
• Integrated elongating and flattening unit
• Weight range:
- for marked rolls: 25g to 75g dough piece – capacity: 1,800 pcs/h to 2,640 pcs/h
- for unmarked rolls: 80g to 125g dough piece – capacity: 1,800 pcs/h to 3,960 pcs/h
• Proofing time: approx. 6 minutes at 2,000 pcs/h output
• Dough types: wheat, graham, yeast dough, donuts
• Single-operator operation

The machine is currently undergoing a general overhaul, which should be completed by mid-June 2026.
