Açıklama
Complete production line for roundwood processing, based on gang saw technology. The line is capable of processing logs from a 15 cm small end to a 55 cm butt, in lengths from 2.5 to 9.5 m. The technology includes:
1) Log cascade feed system for logs up to 10 m in length with dosing
2) G710 frame saw, Královopolské strojírny
- Frame saw equipped with a feed carriage mounted on rails, including hydraulic log centering
- Discharge wedges at saw exit to separate center and side lumber
- Gang saw powered by a 55 kW electric motor

- Roller conveyors follow the frame saw
- Center lumber is returned via conveyors and oriented to the second frame saw
- Side lumber passes continuously to the cascade, which conveys it to the edging center
3) G560 frame saw, Královopolské strojírny
- Frame saw equipped with a feed carriage mounted on rails, including hydraulic log centering
- Discharge wedges at saw exit to separate center and side lumber
- Gang saw powered by a 45 kW electric motor

- Roller conveyor follows the frame saw, directing side lumber to the edging center cascade
- Center lumber is removed immediately after passing through the saw, placed on a carriage mounted on rails, and after accumulating a packet, pulled out from the sawmill with a winch
4) Edging center, Strojírny Loučná n. Desnou
- Max. cutting height 26 mm, cutting width 70–370 mm, total power consumption 29.2 kW

- Side lumber is dosed into the edging center with a vertical cascade
- If required, length cutting to the final product size is performed first. This length can be set either fixed, or to maximize yield.
- After cross-cutting, edging is performed at pre-set widths to achieve maximum lumber yield. After edging, lumber is automatically conveyed into storage boxes according to its trimmed length. The final product is unsorted side lumber by width, usually 80 mm and up.
