Overview
This bottling line for returnable glass bottles is comprised of equipment from KRONES, KETTNER, GM GERA, RINK, SYSCONA, MATEC, FALTERBAUM, Bohrer, and other suppliers. The line is designed for processing returnable glass bottles in crates, mainly in the 0.33 l and 0.75 l formats. It covers all essential process steps from crate depalletizing, crate sorting, bottle decorking, unpacking, bottle cleaning, empty bottle inspection, filling and capping, through to labeling, full bottle inspection, crate packing, crate inspection, and palletizing.

The existing crate depalletizer and palletizer are still on site; however, due to their age and outdated technology, it is recommended not to include these units in the purchase. Instead, suitable modern depalletizing systems can be offered and integrated into the line concept according to the buyer's requirements.

The line has a nominal filling capacity of approx. 18,000 bottles per hour, and the premix system is rated for 22,000 l/h. Dismantling of the line is planned for February 2027.
