Kuper ABP 310 - CNC

Fully automatic large-format edge polishing machine with CNC control and swiveling milling/polishing unit for finishing sawn or pre-milled surfaces. The machine is suitable for transparent, technical, or decorative plastics (PMMA, PC, PETG, etc.), as well as for processing composite materials (PMMA with paper or aluminum).

The required process parameters can be conveniently selected from the integrated material library based on the material to be processed and the desired surface finish. Tool recommendations and the corresponding configurations for the specific application are also displayed.

Due to the high precision of the polishing table, streak formation can be minimized during machining. Additional mounting points for side stops or further guiding aids allow flexible adaptation to any product.
