Technical specifications:
A double-shell thermal insulation of the timber dryer ensures excellent insulation.
The interior cladding side panels are made from 1.5 mm thick, seawater-resistant special aluminium and are tightly welded.
The exterior cladding consists of stucco-profiled and stucco-smooth sheets.
The thermally insulated floor is designed as a tightly welded stainless steel tray, offering long-term resistance to aggressive wood extractives.
The timber dryer is installed on a load-bearing, level surface. A special continuous foundation is not required!
The easily accessible front door opens wide and is fitted with an all-round rubber seal to ensure user-friendly operation and high steam tightness.
An aluminium stacking trolley enables lateral loading and unloading. Interior and removable exterior rails allow for convenient and space-saving loading.
Efficient and even longitudinal ventilation of the wood stack is provided by a high-performance radial fan mounted at the front, output 0.55 kW.
The timber dryer is heated by electric heating elements with a total output of 6.0 kW.
Excess moisture is evacuated via servo-controlled air inlet and exhaust dampers, each 100 mm in diameter.
Chamber climate humidification is provided as needed via cold water spray.
140 straight stacking battens made of aluminium are included in the scope of supply.

The standard PLC control system manages the drying process fully automatically and offers user-friendly operation via a 7" colour touchscreen. You only need to enter three parameters:
1. Wood species
2. Wood thickness
3. Desired final moisture content

The control system optimizes the drying curve based on these inputs, so your timber is available in the desired quality within a short period.
