For sale: a complete industrial shrink wrapping line for panels and worktops, designed to protect products during transportation and storage. The system enables efficient, consistent, and aesthetically pleasing packaging of large-sized components.

The line comprises the following machines and equipment:

1. ELEPHANT F-250 2017 Vacuum Lifting Crane (250 kg capacity) for manual loading of panels/worktops
2. Belt conveyor (length: 3000 mm, width: 1500 mm) with infinitely adjustable guide rail for centering panels/worktops
3. Automatic film sealing unit with upper and lower film roll magazine
4. Belt conveyor (length: 6000 mm, width: 1500 mm) for feeding panels/worktops into the sealing unit
5. Width-adjustable automatic edge sealing and trimming station (adjustable from 1500 mm to 150 mm), which seals and trims film on panel edges and removes offcuts via a transverse belt conveyor
6. Heat tunnel (dimensions: 2050 mm x 3700 mm, power requirement: 55 kW)
7. Powered roller table (length: 3000 mm, width: 1580 mm) for collecting output from the heat tunnel
8. ELEPHANT F-250 2017 Vacuum Unloading Crane (250 kg capacity) for manually unloading and palletizing panels/worktops

• Minimum length: 800 mm
• Maximum width: 1300 mm
• Minimum width: 200 mm

The line enables efficient shrink wrapping of large wooden elements, worktops, and furniture panels, ensuring effective protection against mechanical damage, moisture, and dirt during transportation.

The 55 kW heat tunnel provides even film shrinking and an excellent aesthetic finish. Width adjustment allows for fast adaptation to different product formats.
