Carton Machine Type Quark 2800 2.4 Automatic
for processing endless corrugated cardboard from stack

Machine Description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of static operating machines, i.e., the working processes across the machine are carried out while the carton is stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the corrugated cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Carton Cutting Automaton):

Linear cross-cutting unit for the head-to-foot cut and cross cuts on the carton board.

Linear cross-creasing unit for cross creases on the carton board. (Delivered as a cross creaser, or cross creaser with perforation option)

Longitudinal creasing units from above for lengthwise creasing on the carton board,
Longitudinal cutting units for longitudinal cuts.

2) 5-Section Carton Magazines

Five carton magazines provide storage and feeding of raw corrugated board to the processing machine. Stack height for endless corrugated can be up to max. 2,200 mm.

3) Control Cabinet, Control System, Electronics:

Contains all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens technology.
