Manufactured entirely from high-grade acid-resistant stainless steel, it guarantees complete microbiological and chemical neutrality – the vessel does not react with low pH products (acidic sauces) and does not affect the organoleptic properties of feeds. The design specifications allow for safe operation with media at temperatures up to 50 °C, enabling it to receive products directly after pasteurisation, blending, or emulsification processes.
