Operation:
- Parts to be processed are deburred, descaled, and derusted by friction.

- The enclosed design reduces noise levels during deburring to just 68 - 72 dB(A).
- The integrated dust extraction system automatically removes dust generated during operation.
- This machine can also process oily punched and sawn parts.
- Sawdust can be added into the drum to assist in processing oily parts.
- A time-delay switch allows individual activation of the dust extraction system.
- In this way, parts are first degreased and dried.
- Only after this procedure does the dust extraction system activate automatically to remove the sawdust from the drum.
- Optimal processing results are ensured by setting the desired drum speed.
- The LIMA-400 L deburring machine can be set up anywhere, provided a solid base/foundation is available.
- After the work cycle, the drum remains in position so that the drum cover can be quickly opened.
