Lutetia Baratte T2

The Lutetia T2 Vacuum Tumbler is a benchmark machine in the field of vacuum mixing. Specifically designed to meet the needs of meat and food processing facilities, it offers a capacity that is perfectly suited for medium-scale production. This ensures an ideal balance between performance and compactness.

Thanks to its homogeneous mixing system, the T2 Tumbler optimises marination and improves product texture. The vacuum process ensures even penetration of brines and reduces yield losses. Moreover, it preserves meat quality by limiting oxidation and enhancing shelf life. This makes it an essential tool for processors seeking consistent and reliable production.

Additionally, its robust, stainless steel construction ensures optimal durability. All food contact surfaces comply with the strictest hygiene standards, simplifying cleaning and maintenance. Its compact footprint compared to larger models allows for easy integration into facilities with limited space.

Europ'Equipement offers this used machine fully serviced and tested by its technicians. The Lutetia T2 Vacuum Tumbler thus undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure daily reliability, safety, and performance. For companies seeking a cost-effective and efficient solution, this machine represents a strategic investment.
