Lutetia T4 Vacuum Tumbler

Bledpfex Hy Alsx Afpjn
The Lutetia T4 Vacuum Tumbler offers a high-performance solution for facilities seeking a machine capable of handling large volumes while maintaining excellent marinade uniformity. With a capacity of 1600 to 2000 kg, it meets the requirements of high-output production lines that demand precise control of processing cycles. Additionally, its rotating vacuum drum improves ingredient absorption, optimising tenderness, texture, and product colour. As a result, every batch benefits from enhanced homogeneity, simplifying recipe standardisation and yield consistency management.

The bowl’s design and its internal geometry promote smooth mass circulation. This gentle movement minimises impact, limits heat generation, and ensures even brine distribution. Easy front access for loading and unloading speeds up product handling, increasing overall throughput and reducing downtime. Furthermore, food-grade stainless steel construction ensures long service life and excellent resistance to frequent cleaning. Maintenance is straightforward, enhancing machine availability and securing continuous production.

The T4 tumbler is also distinguished by its 3,250-litre net volume, providing ample workspace for effective tumbling and consistent massaging of products. Thanks to balanced dimensions and a weight of 1,300 kg, it easily integrates into various industrial environments. It is therefore a reliable tool for processors seeking a robust, precise, and user-friendly solution aiming for optimal quality control in every cycle.
