Operating Capacity and Product Versatility
The used Tetra Pak UHT milk preparation room 4000 L/h offers optimized aseptic thermal processing for dairy and beverage applications. Specifically, the unit operates with variable flow rates from 2,000 to 4,000 liters per hour, making it suitable for regular milk, flavored milk, drinking yogurt, and condensed milk. Furthermore, with program adjustments, it can also process fruit juices, nectars, and soft drinks. This flexibility makes it ideal for production environments with diverse product portfolios. The system is currently in storage and thus ready to be relocated and installed at a new production site.
Aseptic Inline Homogenization
The used UHT milk preparation room Tetra Pak 4000 L/h includes an aseptic homogenizer by Tetra Pak, model Tetra Alex, built in 2006. This unit, installed downstream of the preheating stage, operates under sterile conditions to ensure fat globule size reduction and even distribution of the solid and liquid phases. As a result, it helps maintain the emulsion stability of flavored milk and yogurt drinks. Additionally, the aseptic inline design reduces the risk of contamination after thermal treatment. This ensures the physical and chemical consistency of the product throughout subsequent processing stages. The robust construction also simplifies cleaning and routine maintenance.
Clean-in-Place (CIP) System
The line integrates a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system, supplied by Gemak in 2009, consisting of four dedicated tanks: nitric acid, caustic soda, hot water, and rinse water. The system automatically disinfects all product-contact surfaces under controlled parameters, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards across multiple cleaning phases. It also manages solution recovery and optimizes water consumption throughout the cleaning cycles. This minimizes downtime and supports continuous production in the Tetra Pak 4000 L/h used milk preparation room, while especially safeguarding product integrity between production runs.
Thermal Processing and Holding Time Control
