The machine was in flawless operation in up to 2-shift production until the end of 2025. It is still located at the plant and can be put into operation immediately.
It has been regularly inspected by external specialist companies, with recommended maintenance measures implemented annually.
Most recently, the chains of the SPO were replaced, new anilox rollers and rubber rollers were installed, and 2 anilox rollers were overhauled (not installed). The machine was repeatedly upgraded with PIPs (e.g. Centerline II), and both the flexo unit and the die-cutter have been converted to speed control via frequency inverter. Both feeders are supplied by a single vacuum pump; a reconditioned claw vacuum pump is also available. The plant’s in-house maintenance team performed all routine servicing and repair work (see also parts inventory).
The machine should be able to be powered up and test run without further preparation.

A very extensive inventory of unused original spare parts is available for purchase together with the machine, as well as refurbished spare parts and accessories – ensuring long-term operability and usability!
