This modular assembly comprises four interconnected powered conveyors, ensuring a smooth material flow. The system excels at intelligent single-file product alignment from a three-lane buffer using a cross conveyor, and includes integrated stations for automatic pigment dosing and content mixing. Equipped with top-tier components (Siemens, Yaskawa, IMI), the system guarantees long service life and high reliability in industrial operations.

Technical Specifications:

Condition: Used, fully functional, operated in both "Manual" and "Auto" modes. Regularly maintained (chain lubrication, optical sensor cleaning). Currently disassembled into separate units.

Total line length: Modular system consisting of several sections:
* Main conveyor I: approx. 3.65 m
* Cross conveyor and pigment section: approx. 1.1 m and 2.2 m
* Dispatch and mixing section: approx. 3.8 m

Track width: Usable width for three-lane configuration (~1400 mm), followed by single-lane sections (roller lengths: 300 mm and 500 mm)

Rollers: High-quality DRAŠAR rollers, 50 mm diameter, steel/PVC/aluminum construction with ZZ bearings and lip seals for dusty environments.

Drive and motor: Siemens motors (1LA series) with ELPRIM gearboxes.

Control: Stepless speed control via Yaskawa J1000 frequency inverters housed in a central control cabinet.

Pneumatic system: Fully equipped with IMI International components (lift actuators, valves).

Included accessories:
* Central electrical cabinet with operator panel and emergency stop.
* Pigment dosing station (24 canisters, each 3 liters)
* Pneumatic mixing device with automatic drip tray
* Complete set of optical sensors for automatic line synchronization
