The semi-automatic circular saw UK 352 P is an 'upcut' machine primarily used for cutting profile materials made of cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics (suitable for solid material to a limited extent). The machine stands out due to its easy operation, rapid and convenient material changes, and simple mitre angle adjustment. The UK 352 P offers a continuously adjustable mitre range from 45° left to 0° right. The saw feed is automatic at the press of a button, and the material is clamped using two pneumatically controlled vertical clamping cylinders. As standard, the machine is equipped with a minimal lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the saw. Connections for a chip extraction system are provided.

Operating Procedure
1) Set the cutting angle
2) Place the material
3) Move the clamping cylinder up to 20 mm from the material
4) Pneumatic clamping of the material
5) Press the start button to run the saw blade
6) The cutting process is carried out manually with the hand lever
7) Switch off the machine after the cut!
