For sale is a near-new Rösler injector blasting cabinet, model RSKI 1400-SAT.
This machine is designed for the automatic blasting of small and medium-sized batches and is ideally suited for components with a maximum diameter of approximately 280 mm.

Parts are evenly processed via a rotating satellite table—perfect for cleaning, deburring, descaling, derusting, or roughening of precision components.

After loading with raw parts, blasting time per satellite can be set at the control panel. Once the loading is confirmed at the button next to the cabinet door, each satellite is moved to position and processed. Upon completion of the blasting cycle and processing of all workpieces, a completion message appears, and the system can be loaded and unloaded again.

Thanks to the generously dimensioned filter system, the blasting unit is suitable for virtually all blast media; even finer mineral abrasives can be used without issue.

The unit was originally used in the medical technology sector, which is why the interior is coated with rubber. For other industries or users, this poses no drawback. The coating provides additional wear protection for both the abrasive and the machine, and reduces noise levels. As a result, the unit is more efficient and quieter than an uncoated cabinet.

By removing the front hand-hole cover, manual blasting can also be performed at any time with minimal conversion effort. Additional nozzles can be retrofitted if required.
