Functionality:
The machine is equipped with a silo fitted with an agitator. In each of the four corners of the feed silo, there is a vertical screw conveyor that compacts the material downwards into the press chamber.

The machine operates with two cylinders, each of which compacts in two directions (either while pushing forward or retracting the cylinder). This results in four briquette outlets, each producing 6 individual briquettes.

For automatic feeding into industrial furnaces

Small to medium quantities of wood shavings, which are generated during processing various materials in industry (mainly wood, biomass, and more), can be optimally compacted. The small Ø 30 mm format represents an attractive alternative. Unlike our traditional briquettes, these can be automatically supplied to industrial furnaces.

In addition to wood, a variety of other materials can also be processed without issue (various types of biomass and agricultural residues).
