Uplifter UPG-600-2 Vacuum Lifter Glass Suction Device up to 600kg

The UPG 600-2 glass suction lifter is the specialist for lifting and moving glass elements of up to 600 kg. Thanks to its modular construction, the UPG 600-2 can be optimally adapted to meet the on-site requirements. Its extension arms allow for handling even large-scale elements. The support arms can, of course, be removed. The attached suction pads (diameter 300 mm) ensure solid adhesion and maximum application performance on the job site. When suctioning, it is important that the surface is always smooth, flat, and airtight. The UPG600-2 performs the suction process automatically at the push of a button. After suctioning, the UPG 600-2 suction unit continuously and independently monitors the vacuum pressure. In the event of vacuum loss, the UPG 600-2 automatically re-pumps and additionally warns with an audible alarm signal in case of impending vacuum pressure loss. With its independent power supply, the UPG 600-2 is the ideal installation partner. The replaceable 12V battery can be recharged, and the charge level can be easily checked on the LED display. Furthermore, the regulated vacuum pump ensures up to 8 hours of continuous operation. The vacuum lifter can be individually adapted to the respective installation situation. The suction unit can be manually rotated 360 degrees and tilted 90 degrees. When rotating, the suction device can be locked in place every 40°.
