Substructure:
Substructure is a robust welded steel construction, with two main longitudinal frame members and cross members to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and a 4 mm floor plate made from Hardox or Naxtra. Fixed 1,000 mm steel front wall. Fixed corner stanchions with bottom locks. Rear and side walls (one-piece, full length) made from aluminum hollow profiles, side walls foldable and swinging with drop-side assist. Rear tailgate also foldable and swinging, centrally locked into the tipper profile. Floor plate made from Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, neatly welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal and cross members. Press cross member and tipping bracket recessed and reinforced within longitudinal members. Lashing eyes (4 per side) welded to the outer edge of the tipper bed. Steel construction quality St 52-3. All steel components are sandblasted, body components painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016 (white).
