The MARELEC PORTIO 1 DAP dual-lane portion-cutter, featuring a double belt system, a cutting speed of up to 25 cuts per second, and five available cutting angles, ensures maximum efficiency for slicing poultry products and smaller fish fillets up to 210 mm in width. The unit is suitable for fresh products such as poultry fillets, red meat portions, poultry parts, whole fish, fish fillets, and prepared products. Intelligent portion slicing – the use of product calibration preset programs allows for rapid adjustment of portion sizes within seconds, while the control panel enables real-time equipment adjustments during operation, significantly enhancing performance. This machine has been engineered to meet the most stringent hygiene requirements. CIP (Clean-In-Place) system and full machine opening capability provide a quick cleaning cycle for both belt and knife guides. The removable modular belt design ensures ease of cleaning as well.

The system can be configured with various product holding systems and knife types, optimally matched to the product being processed. Products are loaded onto the infeed conveyor; a 3D laser scanner then calculates volume. The control program menu offers preset weight and shape options. The computer algorithm determines cutting positions. The reference weight function can further optimize accuracy when product characteristics change. The machine can be fully opened for easy cleaning, and all belts are removable for separate sanitation.
