Double-walled, insulated cooking kettle with food-grade glycerin as the heating medium. Equipped with an integrated stirring unit that prevents ingredients from sticking. The agitator motor is located at the bottom. The unit automatically regulates the temperature of the heating medium. Fitted with heavy-duty feet. Automatic operation. Requires only minimal maintenance.
