Highest precision and large cutting heights with consistently high feed rates – this is only possible with an uncompromisingly rigid gantry structure. This uncompromising stability is achieved by using a beam with a proven tubular design. The thick-walled steel tubes are painstakingly welded by our experienced staff over many hours into a complex frame structure. This creates the robust foundation for the high-precision linear guides, along which the saw carriage, weighing several hundred kilograms, will later move.

Perfect machine size for your workshop: 3200 x 3200 millimeters
With this machine, workpieces up to 3200 millimeters in length and width can be processed. This means the saw carriage can perform cuts up to 3200 millimeters in length. The material pusher can also be positioned up to 3200 millimeters from the cutting line.

Automatic cutting height adjustment up to 118 millimeters
The powerful motor drives the saw blade through the material at up to 118 millimeters cutting height. For optimal cutting geometry, the saw blade should project approximately 10 millimeters above the workpiece. This optimizes energy consumption, noise emissions, and the service life of the saw blade. This is a significant advantage for users of our machines and, therefore, every machine is equipped as standard with automatic cutting height adjustment. The machine probes the height of the material and automatically adjusts the saw blade to the correct cutting height.

Even when cutting multiple boards in a bundle, the saw blade drive must not show any weakness. That is why our saw is fitted with a powerful 18 kW (24.5 HP) main saw motor.

Using a positioning drive, the entire saw unit can be automatically raised or lowered to a set height. This expands the range of production options and ensures highly precise grooves. Adjustment is made directly via the control terminal.
