Açıklama
The machine was built in 2007 and is equipped with the powerful MAZATROL Matrix control system. This system allows for both conversational and ISO programming and offers modern features for efficient and productive manufacturing.
Technical data overview:
The travel ranges are 410 mm on the X-axis, 140 mm on the Y-axis (±70 mm), and 570 mm on the Z-axis. The B-axis offers a swiveling range of 225°, enabling complex 5-sided machining. The C-axis of the main spindle provides high positioning accuracy of 0.001°.
The maximum turning and swing diameter is 545 mm each.
The main spindle reaches speeds of up to 6,000 rpm with a power output of approx. 11 kW, enabling dynamic and precise turning operations. The integrated milling spindle operates at speeds up to 12,000 rpm with an output of approx. 5.5 kW, making it ideal for milling, drilling, and threading operations.
The machine features a tool changer (included) with a maximum tool length of 210 mm, as well as Capto C6 tool holders, ensuring high rigidity and fast tool changes.
