Mazak Integrex 300 Y

The MAZAK Integrex 300 Y is a powerful CNC turn-mill center designed for complete machining of demanding workpieces in a single setup. By combining turning and milling operations and featuring integrated Y and B axes, this machine is ideal for complex geometries and multi-sided processing.

Manufactured in 2001, the machine is equipped with the advanced MAZATROL 640MT control system. This controller allows for both conversational and ISO programming, ensuring flexible and efficient production.

Technical Data at a Glance:

Travel distances are 580 mm on the X-axis, 210 mm on the Y-axis (±105 mm), and 1,095 mm on the Z-axis. The B-axis offers a swiveling range of 225°, enabling versatile 5-face machining. The C-axis of the main spindle operates with high positioning accuracy of 0.001°.

Maximum turning diameter is 610 mm, as is the maximum swing diameter.

The main spindle reaches speeds of up to 3,500 rpm, making it suitable for high-performance turning tasks. The integrated milling spindle achieves speeds up to 10,000 rpm and allows for precise milling, drilling, and threading operations.

A tool changer with 40 positions and KM63 tool interface provides high flexibility in tool selection and reduces setup times.

Additionally, the machine is equipped with a tailstock, supporting the machining of longer workpieces and guaranteeing extra stability.
