Semi-automatic sawing cycle with clamping – sawing – return to preset height

MEBA High-Performance Package:
Stepless hydraulic cutting pressure and feed monitoring directly on the saw blade back. This provides optimal conditions for every sawing task, i.e. constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
Manual miter adjustment, digital readout with 0.1° accuracy

Unique double-miter band saw, where miter can be set on both sides conveniently and economically by simply swiveling the saw frame and material support.
Automatic positioning of vices and digital miter adjustment. The material vice automatically follows in the feed direction according to the desired miter, ensuring the material is always clamped at a right angle close to the saw blade.
Miter pivot point is the intersection of saw blade and fixed vice jaw, thus no change in length measurement with changing angles.
Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping and rapid clamping. In any saw frame angle, the material is clamped parallel at 90°.
