The new universal warewasher is capable of washing dishes, transport baskets, GN kitchen containers, pots, cutlery, trays, and even glasses. Thanks to its spacious usable chamber – with a pass-through height of 555 mm – even wash items with dimensions up to 650 x 530 mm (2/1 gastronorm) can be hygienically washed. This makes it the ideal washing partner for butcher shops and bakeries, as well as universal use in communal catering or as a professional gastronomy dishwasher.
