Operating principle (CCS version): After advancing the material and closing the vices, the cutting process is initiated. The saw arm lowers due to its own weight, which is balanced by a spring and regulated by a hydraulic brake cylinder. Once the cut is completed, the saw arm is manually raised to the required position for material feed.
