Electro-hydraulic fully automatic bandsaw with multi-microprocessor control plus additional semi-automatic, semi-automatic dynamic and manual operation modes.

- Automatic cycle (cuts from 0° to 60° left). CNC automatic operation with two controlled axes, allowing up to 1,000 different cutting programs to be set per material thickness, each with individual cutting lengths and quantities.
- Semi-automatic, semi-automatic dynamic, and manual cycles (cuts from 45° right to 60° left).
- Semi-automatic dynamic system (manual lowering of the saw bow to the desired position and cycle start via hand button).
- Manual or semi-automatic dynamic cycles for direct cutting without programming.

Features include:

- New fieldbus communication system (Modbus protocol).
- Display with 20 characters x 4 lines for showing technical parameters such as: blade speed, number of programmed and completed cuts, blade width, feed length, cutting time, ammeter, blade tension, and display of approx. 100 diagnostic and warning messages in the respective user language.
- Display and recording of alarm and error messages, with the ability to view the incidents that have occurred.
- Automatic parameter adjustment via the control if a new drive or inverter is installed.
- Electronic inverter for continuous regulation of blade speed from 15 to 100 m/min.
- Latest generation hydraulic control system with high performance and low energy consumption.
- New 600 mm material feed with stepper motor and ball screw, mounted on opposing bearings.
- Bow stroke programmable directly from the control panel to suit the material being cut.
- Electronic blade tension control.
- Automatic monitoring of cutting load by a servo valve mounted directly on the cylinder.
- Coolant tank (equipped with 2 electric pumps for blade lubrication and cooling) integrated into the machine base.
- Chip drawer (can be replaced by a chip conveyor – see optional accessories).
- Prepared for installation of minimum quantity lubrication system for the blade (optional), in addition to standard lubrication with emulsion oil.
