The simple, efficient and safe solution for high-speed cutting of solid bars up to 65 mm diameter.

HIGHEST PRECISION
- The hydraulic lifting system of the bar loader prevents the material from touching the surface of the cutting vice during loading, thereby protecting both the vice and the material.
- After each cut, the bar loader retracts automatically to prevent the bar from coming into contact with the saw blade when the head moves upward, thus protecting the material surfaces and the carbide teeth of the blade.
- Carbide blade guide strips ensure compliance with cutting tolerances.

GUARANTEED PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE
- The saw head feed, powered by a servomotor on linear guides with preloaded recirculating ball bearings and an electromagnetic clutch, ensures reduced mechanical vibrations during cutting and increases the blade’s service life.
- The feed system with 500 mm stroke is repeatable and suitable for all lengths. It can be folded down to facilitate loading of irregular bars.
- The workpiece discharge system can be swivelled to two positions, automatically separating end cuts and scrap from finished parts, thereby optimising the production process.
