Substructure: Solid steel welded construction with two longitudinal and cross members to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and a 4 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. Rear and side walls made of aluminum hollow profiles, side walls fold-down and swinging with lifting aid. Rear gate also fold-down, swinging, with central locking. Tipper floor cleanly welded with beams. Tipping outriggers and press traverse integrated into the longitudinal members. Four lashing points per side, distributed externally in the floor.

Subframe: Subframe for mounting front and rear tipping outriggers, with press traverse and cross-members. In the crane mounting area, closed box profile with side crane mounting plates. Plastic mudguards are present and will be reused or modified as necessary.

Hydraulics: Installation of the pneumatic control valve in the cab for tipper / crane / trailer and the entire hydraulic system, including all piping work, relating to the three-way tipper bridge, trailer tipping hydraulics, and the loading crane. Delivery and installation of the corresponding axial piston pump as a constant pump.
