The CNC machining center 500L is a modern and compact CNC milling machine, specifically designed for the precise machining of metals and engineering plastics. Thanks to its rigid machine construction and linear guides, it ensures high stability and accuracy even under intensive use. The powerful spindle with 5.5 / 7.5 kW and speeds of up to 8,000 rpm enables efficient machining of a wide range of materials.

The machine features an automatic tool changer with 12 positions, significantly increasing productivity and reducing setup times. The intuitive CNC control system allows for fast programming and user-friendly operation, even with complex workpieces. High positioning and repeat accuracy of ±0.02 mm make the CNC-500L ideal for both single-item and serial production.

Additional equipment such as through-spindle coolant, chip conveyor and removal system, as well as a fully enclosed housing with LED lighting increase operator comfort and workplace safety. The compact dimensions and the option to upgrade with a 4th and 5th axis make this machine a versatile solution for modern workshops.
