CNC MACHINING CENTER morbidelli m100 – 4-axis version. Drilling and milling made for you!
The numerically controlled machining center features a comprehensive range of tooling for milling and drilling, designed to meet any woodworking requirement.
Ø High-performance, equipped with drilling spindles running at 8,000 rpm and featuring the most robust spindle technology on the market, with over 1,000 maintenance-free operating hours.
Ø Enhanced equipment: suction cups can be arranged and customized using the TV FLEX worktable to optimally configure the machine for any operational need.
Ø Easier and more intuitive programming thanks to the integrated Cad-Cam MAESTRO CNC software.
Ø More user-friendly operation: with a lowered machine frame, the worktable is readily accessible; the control cabinet and vacuum pump are integrated, and in the PRO SPACE configuration there are no protective barriers.
Structural Frame
The load-bearing frame is constructed from an exceptionally robust monolithic steel base, heavily ribbed and extremely rigid; the particularly wide support surface has been specially designed to provide stability for the machine, ensuring ongoing precision regardless of working conditions, and eliminating the need for floor anchoring. The base forms a large and solid platform for the moving gantry: the working unit is thus supported by a balanced, stable, and resilient structure that withstands even the highest mechanical stress, ensuring superior quality performance and greater accuracy.
The moving portal consists of a solid single-piece structure anchored to the base, moving on top-quality prismatic guides with recirculating ball carriages. The working unit is attached and moves along the Y and Z axes on prismatic guides with recirculating ball carriages.

Movement of the lower movable unit (X axis) and the working unit along the bar of the movable unit (Y axis) is achieved via helical rack and pinion drive; this generates a greater tooth-on-tooth engagement, allowing for higher acceleration and greater speed along the X and Y axes. The specially designed helical gearing results in reduced wear of mechanical components and a quieter operation. Vertical Z-axis travel is powered by a recirculating ball screw, ensuring perfect balance under dynamic load and high acceleration or deceleration forces.
The main milling unit is directly coupled to the Z-axis carriage, guaranteeing top-quality finishing by completely eliminating vibrations. Travel along the X-Y-Z axes is driven by brushless motors powered by static inverters, which ensures:
- Reduced processing times through improved acceleration
- Greater positioning accuracy thanks to high-resolution encoders
- No need for referencing at machine start due to absolute encoders
- Elimination of general maintenance related to brushes, since the brushless system has none
All axis movements and general machine operations are managed by an industrial NS module with digital data transfer.
