The space-saving, tiltable vacuum press with a pressing area of 3500 mm x 1420 mm.

Technical basic equipment of the vacuum press:

Unless otherwise agreed, the vacuum press is powder-coated in the colors RAL 7012 and RAL 7035. Special colors are available upon request; this must be clarified in advance and may incur additional costs.

Welded table construction for professional use, mounted pivotably on a mobile carriage, equipped with 4 swivel castors, surface load capacity 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be pivoted and locked in a space-saving position, reducing the required installation depth to 800 mm. The table surface consists of a 22 mm thick laminated MDF board, fitted with a slotted MDF vacuum distributor plate in the pressing area.

The membrane frame is supported by 2 gas pressure springs mounted on the sides of the machine. A 2 mm thick natural rubber membrane with 780% elongation and resistance to temperatures up to 70 °C is installed, fixed via a clamping system for quick membrane changes. The perimeter seal of the pressing chamber is ensured by a sealing profile in the membrane frame.

Oil-lubricated vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 40 m³/h and two vacuum tanks offering a total capacity of 200 liters. Evacuation and ventilation of the pressing chamber are controlled via a 3-way ball valve located at the front of the machine.

The machine is delivered pre-assembled on a pallet. Please note that a forklift with sufficient lifting capacity and fork length is required for unloading.
