This is an SCC 61 WE combi-steamer in electric version, manufactured by the premium brand Rational, year of manufacture 2017. The combi-steamer is a unit from the latest SCC series, featuring triple glazing and LED lighting. The unit has undergone an inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The stand shown in the photos is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an optional extra.

This combi-steamer offers space for 5x 400x600mm baking trays. In automatic mode, the unit automatically detects the optimal cooking process for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), the product size, load quantity, and product-specific requirements.
