The helical gearbox was not installed after the overhaul!

The gearbox underwent a professional overhaul at Getriebebau Nossen in August 2023 and is in excellent technical condition.
The overhaul has been fully documented.

The previously connected 80-ton crane was decommissioned.

- Electromagnetic crack testing of gear components and shafts
- Replacement of all roller bearings
- Complete renewal of gearbox seals
- Complete renewal of all internal assemblies
- Full reassembly of the gearbox
- Test run without load to check oil tightness and running noise
- Painting/conservation according to manufacturer standards

New internal assemblies:
- Input shaft stage 1
- Helical gear stage 1
- Pinion shaft stage 2
- Helical gear stage 2
- Pinion shaft stage 3
- Helical gear stage 3
- Output shaft

Materials:
Gear components: 16MnCr5

Note:
The entire set of internal assemblies has been renewed and cannot be combined with old parts.
Couplings are not included in the scope of delivery (available as an option).

Suitable as a crane gearbox / hoist gearbox for industrial cranes, heavy-duty applications, and similar industrial drives.
