We specialise in the comprehensive production of office, welfare, residential, and technical containers. We offer professional service from planning and manufacturing to transport and assembly. OMEGA containers are built on a solid steel frame, allowing modules to be frequently transported or moved by crane without risk of damage. Standard dimensions of our container: Length: 6,058 mm Width: 2,438 mm External Height: 2,850 mm Internal Height: 2,500 mm We also manufacture custom containers, tailored precisely to the customer’s requirements. Steel Structure: Constructed from open steel profiles 3 mm thick with 5 mm steel reinforcements. The surface is coated with an epoxy primer and finished with polyurethane paint. Colour options based on the RAL palette. Roof: Steel construction, insulated with sandwich panels filled with 100 mm polystyrene core or PUR foam. The entire roof surface is sealed with 1 mm thick galvanised sheet metal. Walls: Made of sandwich panels with a 100 mm polystyrene core or PUR foam. The exterior is metal cladding available in silver, white, or graphite. The interior is finished with white sheet metal. Floor construction: Made from tightly welded steel profiles. The seal consists of trapezoidal sheet metal t-14. Insulated with 100 mm high-density mineral wool. Floor is 25 mm OSB board, finished with a heavy-duty industrial PVC covering and protective trim.
