OMEGA CONTAINERS has been active on the market since January 2017. We specialize in the comprehensive production of office, welfare, residential, and technical containers. We offer a professional service from planning and production to transport and assembly. OMEGA containers are built on a solid steel frame, allowing the modules to be transported or moved by crane multiple times without risk of damage. Multiple relocations of the container are possible.

On request, we also manufacture containers with structural calculations and the required documentation as well as technical planning.

Steel Construction:
Made from 3 mm thick open steel profiles with 5 mm reinforced sheet metal stiffeners.
The surface is coated with an epoxy primer and finished with polyurethane paint.
Choice of colours according to the RAL colour palette.

Roof:
Steel construction, insulated with sandwich panels filled with 100 mm thick PUR polyurethane foam.
Roof waterproofing consists of 1 mm galvanized sheet metal over the entire surface.

Walls:
Made from sandwich panels with 100 mm PUR polyurethane foam.
Exterior facade: sheet metal in silver, white, or graphite.
Interior facade: sheet metal in white.

Flooring:
Constructed from tightly welded steel profiles.
Sealed with trapezoidal sheet t-14.
Insulation: 100 mm compressed mineral wool.
Floor: 25 mm OSB board.
Finished with an industrial PVC coating with increased abrasion resistance plus protective metal sheeting.

Fittings:
- 1 piece 900 mm x 2000 mm steel door in white or anthracite
- 3 pieces 1200 mm x 1200 mm tilt-and-turn windows
- 3 pieces external roller shutters
