Pemat Planetenmischer Anlage PMPR 500

For sale is a modernized concrete mixing plant consisting of a Pemat PMPR 500 planetary mixer with PAS 500 skip hoist and complete BIKOTRONIC control system.

The plant was newly installed and upgraded in mid-2021 and is designed for the production of high-quality ready-mix concrete, concrete products, and concrete precast elements.

The Pemat PMPR 500 offers a dry fill capacity of 500 liters or approximately 0.33 m³ of compacted concrete per batch, with a mixer diameter of approximately 1,720 mm, reinforced 37 kW drive, Hardox wear lining, sample collection, discharge protection, and safety devices. The system includes, among other features: aggregate dosing with dosing bins, mobile aggregate scale up to 800 kg, PAS 500 skip hoist, cement screw conveyor, binder weigher, water dosing, admixture scale with dosing pumps, and compressor.

The BIKOTRONIC control system comprises control cabinet and power modules, Siemens S7/PLC, industrial PC with Windows 10, visualization/administration, recipe and batch management, automated dosing and mixing sequences, manual operation module, moisture/water dosing module, sand moisture measurement, remote maintenance, and UPS.

This makes the plant particularly suitable for concrete product manufacturers, precast concrete production, specialty concrete as well as high-quality small- to medium-sized batches.
