FIBER CUT laser cutting machines are a revolutionary solution in the laser cutting market. CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser cutter is designed and manufactured entirely in our factory. We utilize high-quality steel for production, which is then cut, welded, and subjected to precise machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms feature additional ribbing to ensure high rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our machines are powered by Schneider AC servo motors with high resolution and power output (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), allowing for optimal acceleration and speeds in each direction. Power transmission is achieved through high-grade planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes operate on classic, proven helical racks, which ensure both high durability and precision.

CUTTING HEAD
A water-cooled WSX head is used for sheet cutting. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the dispersed laser beam onto the material, ensuring excellent cutting accuracy. The HSU system automatically adjusts the head height to compensate for material irregularities. A protective window between the nozzle and the lens safeguards the lens assembly against splashes of molten metal.

LASER SOURCE
The machine is equipped with a Raycus Laser light source, offering high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and superior beam quality. This translates to faster, more reliable operation and helps prevent operator errors. Additionally, the source is resistant to back reflection, preventing the beam from returning to the laser. Stable power output ensures efficient operation with minimal energy use.

COOLING
S&A CWFL dual-temperature industrial chillers are specifically designed for fiber laser cooling. They feature multiple safety alarms: compressor time delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarms.

EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
The exchangeable worktable located at the rear of the machine minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes only 10 seconds, allowing the operator to remove cut elements and load a new sheet while the laser continues to operate on a second table. This system ensures a continuous and highly efficient production process.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To maintain the machine in optimal condition, racks and linear guides must be lubricated with oil every few days. The automatic system dispenses lubrication at set intervals and in appropriate quantities, with all parameters managed through the software.
